We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

1) Change of mind returns

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items should be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging (where possible).

2) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • the item

  • the packaging (if damaged)

We will arrange the best solution for you, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

3) How to start a return (Contact Form)

To request a return, please submit your details via our Contact Form on the website and include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged/faulty)

4) Return instructions & address

Once we receive your request, we will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please wait for approval before sending anything back to avoid delays.

5) Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 working days (bank processing times may vary).
